These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets booked for the 2 Rivers Children’s Book Festival (“the Festival”). By booking a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets

- Tickets are available only through Eventbrite.
- Every child attending must have a valid ticket.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). Adults do not need a ticket, but admission will not be granted without a child ticket.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold.

2. Admission & Supervision

- Adults remain responsible for the children in their care at all times during the Festival.
- Festival staff and volunteers are not responsible for the supervision of children.
- The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or ask attendees to leave if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

3. Programme Changes

- The Festival programme may be subject to change at short notice (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances).
- In the event of a change, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- If you have reserved tickets but are unable to attend on the day please contact the festival through Instagram or by email to let them know you cannot attend so we can release door tickets on the day.

5. Photography & Media

- Photographs and video may be taken at the Festival for publicity and archive purposes. If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be included, please inform a member of staff on the day.

6. Liability

- Attendance is at your own risk. The Festival is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
